Getting Started with Therapy Hop

1. There is a Free Initial Consultation.
2. Evaluations will depend on the complexity of the speech and language evaluation.  They typically range from $175 to $350.
3. The cost of private speech therapy varies.  We will work with you to create a plan that fits your budget.

Therapy Hop is an out-of-network provider. We accept payment in the form of credit cards, cash, check, and electronic funds transfers. Itemized and coded invoices with diagnostic and treatment codes are provided to families seeking partial or full reimbursement for therapy services. Our speech therapy services are also covered under both Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and on a case-by-case basis, may be covered by a Network Gap Exception. Therapy Hop offers pre-pay discounts and financial hardship waivers.

We prefer to provide services in-person.  However we welcome requests for online therapy and will treat them on a case-by-case basis.

We are currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

During our Free Initial Consultation we’ll ask a number of questions to see if a more detailed evaluation is necessary.

There is no minimum age!  Starting early builds strong language skills that set the foundation for strong communication and literacy skills later on.  The sooner the better!

The type of speech disorder or communication challenges will drive the duration of therapy.  It is different for everyone but certainly the frequency of speech therapy sessions and how often you and your child practice will impact how soon results are seen.
